1. LEAN SIGMA PROJECT SPECIALIST

1.1. Qualification:
  1. Must have Lean Sigma Black Belt Certified.
  2. Having excellent and effective communication skills to interface with multi-disciplines teams,
  3. Competent in facilitating training,
  4. Able to work with significant load and Able to adjust with high speed working condition,
  5. Experience in dealing with a diverse group of people including management, engineering, field operations personnel and peers,
  6. Strong analytical with a basic understanding of  economic modeling and decision analysis,
  7. Able to clearly articulate orally and in writing with the ability to translate complex technical issues into user friendly communications,
  8. Candidate should be a self starter, creative and innovative
1.2. Scope of Work:
  1. Facilitating White Belt, Green Belt Training, Green Belt Refreshing, & Champion Training Class.
  2. Project monitoring and coaching in period of post toll gate meeting, 12 months control phase, and project complete.
  3. PTRAC compliance for all active projects.
  4. Red projects mitigations for all active projects above 4 months.
  5. Preparing monthly IBU Lean Sigma Newsletter

2. PGPA COMPLIANCE ANALYST JAKARTA


2.1. Qualification:
  1. Minimum S1 Degree
  2. Minimum 5 years of work experience
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in compliance field
  4. Advance knowledge and skill on finance/accounting an advantage
2.2. Scope of Work:
  1. Analyze  Approval Request of  Sensitive Transaction: review request, consultation and daily monitoring.
  2. Analyze Reconciliation of Sensitive Transaction: review closing report, consultation, and remind requestor periodically, and monitoring Reconciliation.
  3. Organizing team meeting: Reserve Meeting room and webex; prepare logistic: clip chart, attendance list and snack; taking notes during the meeting.
  4. Initiate Improvement for Local Compliance Program
  5. Pro-actively provide assistance to internal customers

3. SCM SENIOR PROFESSIONAL

3.1. Qualification:
  1. Minimum S1 with minimum 5 years related experience.
  2. Advance software application skills such as MS Office (Power Point, Word, and Excel) and has previous exposure to supply-chain-related applications.
  3. Teamwork & Communication: works effectively in team and cross team. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  4. Advanced knowledge and skill in Supply Chain or Procurement area.
3.2. Scope of Work:
  1. Perform professional Supply Chain or Procurement job with supervision align with group goals, customer needs, and work process in Supply Chain or Procurement, or assist more senior professional in developing solutions.
  2. Has the ability to make analysis and recommendation in solving and handling Supply Chain or Procurement problems for regular and special situation, and set up job planning and tactics to achieve goals.
  3. Able to summarize data for reporting and decision.

4. SCM PROFESSIONAL

4.1. Qualification:
  1. Minimum S1/D4 with minimum 2 years related experience or Minimum D3 with minimum 5 years related experience or Minimum High School/equivalency with minimum 13 years related experience.
  2. Basic computer software application skills such as MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel).
  3. Teamwork & Communication: works effectively in team.
  4. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  5. Basic knowledge and skill in Supply Chain or Procurement area.
4.2. Scope of Work:
  1. Perform professional Supply Chain or Procurement job with supervision align with group goals, customer needs, and work process in Supply Chain or Procurement, or assist more senior professional in developing solutions.
  2. Has the ability to make analysis and recommendation in solving and handling Supply Chain or Procurement problems for regular and special situation, and set up job planning and tactics to achieve goals.

5. SCM COMPLIANCE

5.1. Qualification:
  1. Minimum education requirement:
  2. D3 in relevant major with required job, with 9 years experience.
  3. S1 with 2 years experience.
  4. Mastering & solid software application skills such as MSOffice (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Excel Formula (e.g. Vlookup, Pivot).
  5. Teamwork & Communication: works effectively with teammates to reach team’s objectives. Able to communicate verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
5.2. Scope of Work:
  1. Solid knowledge of work process, specific computer application,  data management and reporting.  Moderate knowledge of all fundamental competencies of required job.  Proactively assist supervisor or Engineer with no direction.
  2. Handling specific data management and input data on several applications. Also responsible to generate, maintain and update database in team share folder (e.g.  diagram, contracting data, reports, etc).
  3. Has the ability to make analysis in solving and handling problems for regular and special situation.

6. TRAINING & CERTIFICATION ADMIN

6.1. Qualification:
  1. Minimum education D3 in various discipline with minimum 5 years working experience or S1 in various discipline with minimum 2 years working experience in handling related work, have excellent computer literacy (excel, ppt, word)
6.2. Scope of Work:
  1. Organize training and certification including participant, training provider, class and tools preparation.
  2. Manage database to support personnel certification and CLOVER program
  3. Develop reguler report for CLOVER
  4. Assist CLOVER scheduling and planning
  5. Manage database for Equipment Inspection in IBU
